If you are unable to keep your appointment. please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies.
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your hearing care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for your convenience. We also offer payment plans through HealthiPlan & Care Credit.
Hearing Professionals of Alabama is proud to be a participating provider with several health insurance companies including Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama. Health insurance companies commonly cover hearing evaluations with a physician's referral, with some health insurance plans providing hearing aid coverage. Please contact your health insurance provider to check for hearing aid benefits.
